With a 3 acre estate and 9,000 sq.ft. your stay at Villa Palma Sola will feel like your own private resort. The first floor has large bar, professional billiard table and domino tables. perfect for entertaining festive guests! The large wrap around porch allows for beautiful views of the ocean on one side and the the mountain forest on the other. Take a dip in the infinity pool to cool off as you enjoy the breathtaking vistas. On the second floor you have full a full kitchen with another bar, living room, dining room, and a wrap around balcony. All three bedrooms on this floor have A/C and TV with cable. Our luxury two-floor villa is spacious 1500 sq. ft., sleeps up to 8 people with 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. In addition, 1 sofa bed in the living. The two bedrooms have 15 foot angular ceilings and king-sized beds. The living room and terrace are probably the most attractive part of the villa because from there you can enjoy the view of the million dollar Yachts going to and from from dusk ti dawn. Living room has Angular 15 foot ceilings and plenty of living space for kids to play and watch TV & DVD movies. This area extends to the terrace area with plenty of seating, BBQ , and spectacular views of the marina. Every morning you wake up with the view of pelicans and egrets swooping down to catch their breakfast. At dusk the sun sets behind the hills lighting up the Riviera with explosions of orange and pink hues bouncing from the world class yachts to the Mediterranean style buildings. Stay connected with WiFi/ satellite TV in every room and corner of the house. Billiards, a water slide, and a PS3 will keep the kids entertained and busy.The estate has 2.25 acres of sprawling gardens that guests are encouraged to walk through just be careful when it rains. There is a gorgeous coral stone stairway that leads from the home through the gardens to the heated pool, hot tub, outdoor shower and bathroom, outdoor observation deck w/ grill/wetbar and water-slide. In the House Guests have access to over 3000 sqft including, a wraparound balcony w/ Gas Grill, 4 Bedrooms, 3 baths, 1 half bath, a granite top Kitchen w/ stainless steel appliances, a Laundry, a billiard room, and a great room with dining tables, bars and sleeper sofa.
